We collect your email address, uploaded images, generated pet assets, job metadata, support messages, and basic technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.
We use this information to create previews, generate final Codex-compatible packages, recover your jobs by magic link, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve generation quality.
When checkout is enabled, payment details are handled by Stripe or another PCI-compliant third-party payment provider. We may receive and store limited payment metadata such as checkout status, payment status, purchase email, amount, currency, and job identifiers. We do not store full credit card numbers, card security codes, or sensitive card authentication data on our servers.
We keep uploaded images and generated assets while needed to provide downloads, recovery, support, and abuse prevention. You can request deletion by emailing support@codingpets.dev.
Jobs are private by default. A generated pet only appears in the public gallery after you explicitly enable public sharing.
