You may contact us within 14 days of purchase if your custom digital pack was not delivered, was charged more than once, or has a material technical defect that prevents normal Codex installation and we cannot reasonably fix it.
Because each CodingPets pack is generated from your uploaded image, a delivered custom digital pack is generally non-refundable once the final ZIP or install metadata is available, except where required by law.
Email support@codingpets.dev with your job ID, purchase email, and a description of the issue. We may ask for details that help us verify failed delivery, duplicate billing, or a technical defect.
If you receive a free beta generation while checkout is unavailable, no payment is collected and no paid refund is due.
