You may contact us within 14 days of purchase if your custom digital pack was not delivered, was charged more than once, or has a material technical defect that prevents normal Codex installation and we cannot reasonably fix it.
Because each CodingPets pack is generated from your uploaded image, a delivered custom digital pack is generally non-refundable once the final ZIP, install metadata, or Codex CLI command is available, except where required by law. Due to the immediate generation nature of digital products, once payment is completed and image generation has started, we do not accept refunds. If generation fails because of a system error before delivery, contact us and we will try to regenerate the pack, provide support, or review refund eligibility.
Email support@codingpets.dev with your job ID, purchase email, and a description of the issue. We may ask for details that help us verify failed delivery, duplicate billing, or a technical defect.
If you redeem a referral pack credit, no payment is collected for that redemption and no paid refund is due. Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or transferred.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider that processed the transaction. Bank and card network timing may vary after a refund is issued.
